Complex workflows between clients and dealers required custom modeling
The easyauto team managed a multi-step process involving customer requests, dealership communication, offer creation, contract handling, and more. Each stage had its own logic, but existing tools weren’t built to support this dynamic. They needed a CRM that could not only track everything but adapt as their business evolved.

JATO provides detailed automotive data used to generate accurate offers, but the team lacked an intuitive way to search, filter, and apply that data within their CRM. The manual handling of large datasets slowed down the process of building compliant and appealing offers.
